Suitable for housing and accommodation purposes within the social, retirement, education, hospitality and commercial sectors - Innofab offers a range of apartment solutions; from 2-3 storey walk-ups to 5 storey complexes. We also produce hybrid designs that complement the use of timber CLT in multi-level apartments.
All building components are manufactured off site using innovative European technology and created from high-quality LVL timber for a stronger structure less likely to bow and twist. On top of this, the timber is less prone to movement as frames dry out.
